Overview :
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results driven Assistant Sales Manager to join their team and focus on the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the HoReCa industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute and optimize joint business plans with trade partners or customers (operators) , with the objective of increasing sell-out demand of UFS portfolio
- Achieve monthly and annual company sales targets in reach and penetration and sell-out
- Manage sales product mix to achieve profitability goals
- Be responsible for stocks forecast input and planning with the objective of achieving availability and sales targets
- Influence, communicate and land company’s strategic agendas through our distribution partners
- Maintain strong rapport with foodservice trade partners to amplify value proposition to F&B operators
- Identify, establish and lead new route-to-market opportunities that will increase product availability and capture new growth segments, including e-commerce
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B sale, preferably within FMCG or HORECA industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in establishing route-to-markets, expansion of product availability and new demand creation
- Experience in managing product mix have added advantage
- Strong network in local food service industry and distribution trade is preferred
