Working Location:Caldecott
Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2,980 per month
Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and training of volunteers, matching and deployment of volunteers, and providing support for volunteer engagement
· Working closely with other divisions to collate data, formulate joint strategies and platforms for volunteer engagement
· Helping to manage databases to ensure critical and updated info is captured
· Providing strong admin support to the team (coordinating meetings, filing, budget, etc)
· Assisting in landscape studies/scans and basic agency research when required
· Assisting in other administrative matters.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
· Entry Level applicants with strong interest in the Social Service industry are welcomed to apply.
