Requirements
1. Attend to walk-ins and calls, and refer to relevant officers when necessary
2. Assist customers with facility booking/programme registration (courses/events/etc)
3. Receive monies for mosque (fees/donations/etc)
4. Promote programmes and services to customers
5. Record all counter activities
Administrative Duties
6. Manage incoming/outgoing letters
7. Collection and display of newspapers
Other Duties
8. Perform any duties as assigned by Head of Department
