Job Summary:

- Working days & hrs: Monday - Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00AM
- Salary range: up to SGD 4,000 + VB
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements using IT systems.
- Support Sales Personnel with quotations, SOPs, RFQs, and account inquiries.
- Coordinate with global offices/agents for sales inquiries and shipment tracking.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for customers and internal use.
- Maintain and update SOPs, quotations, and RFQs in the system.
- Address customer issues and resolve disputes.
- Develop procedures for efficient Sales Support Team operations.
- Provide feedback to Operations for accurate order status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Coach and guide new hires and junior team members.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Freight Forwarding is a plus.
- - Knowledge of pricing for Freight Cargo Services, Contract Logistics, and other Supply Chain Solutions.
