Scope of work:
Seeking an experienced person to lead the development of our product in the IT retail industry.
Successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities to drive product strategy and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends and customer needs
- Liaise with Japan headquarter to ensure product strategic alignment and stock management
- Working closely with internal team to develop sale enablement materials and align sales strategies
- Provide report for business operation for assigned product category (PSI management) and assigned country.
- Gather and report market feedback, competitor insights and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor and key customers to have most up-to-date insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Attend trade shows/event to promote products and build relationship in assigned country
- Demonstrate an adaptability to working in a multicultural and multinational corporation environment
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management for consumer retail IT business
- Microsoft Office/ Knowledge of Adobe illustrator is an advantage
- Able to travel including India and some developing countries
- Able to work under stress and fast paced environment
- Good team player and willing to take challenge for new job assignment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
