Sales
- Responsible for end-to-end daily operations ranging from sales work, sales fulfilment (machines) to customer relationship management, and etc.
- Responsible for the preparation of quotations, update of price tracking record and issuance of invoices.
- Co-ordination works with Germany HQ on product price and freight costs.
- Manage customers’ purchase orders and payment status for all business products and services.
- Manage the collection, verification and accuracy of shipping documents prior to shipment.
- Provide month end closing reports for all purchase and sales transactions to Finance department.
- Provide and/or request for reports from internal departments with APAC region.
- Liaise with internal departments and/or third parties to address customers’ needs, requests and orders.
- Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager or any other nominated officer.
Service Support
- Responsible for end-to-end daily operations ranging from service work, service agreements to machine upgrades, and etc.
- Manage the preparation of sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and logistics-related documents.
- Manage month-end closing activities for sales and purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of sales and delivery orders
- Manage stock take, inventory and order fulfilment activities.
- Manage courier services & deliveries.
- Ensure proper and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with internal departments and/or third parties to address customers’ needs, requests and orders.
- Handle administrative duties, and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager or any other nominated officer.
