Responsibilities
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (social media, Email, Mobile, Display).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, outlining upcoming campaigns, promotions, and content themes to optimize engagement and visibility.
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including website and mobile app.
- Respond to reviews on Google and address inquiries from social platforms and the company’s email.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms not limiting to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
- Oversee and update menu items on the web ordering platform, ensuring accuracy in product listings and availability information.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing (F&B marketing experience is a bonus)
- Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels
- Experience with graphic design and content production for social media
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
