Responsibilities
- Customer service: Attend to and delightfully welcome customers and ensure their customer experience and journey to ownership is pleasant.
- System management: Regularly update the CRM system for accurate and timely delivery information.
- Sales coordination: Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for accurate pre-delivery, registration, and delivery document processing.
- Registration processing: Manage all prerequisites of the vehicle registration process for customers.
- Documentation: Prepare customer loan and registration documents, and collaborate with others to ensure successful delivery appointments.
- Delivery support: Prepare vehicles, host delivery appointments, provide new owner orientations, and support Sales Manager in delivery center operations and customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of customer service / operations / sales coordinating experience preferably from the personal transportation industry
- Comfortable to work in the evenings and during weekends/holidays
- At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess valid driver's license with clean driving history
