Job Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and customer engagement through growth strategies.
- Manage loyalty programs to retain customers and increase their value.
- Lead digital marketing activities, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content.
- Identify and improve customer journey issues.
- Measure and report on marketing effectiveness using data.
- Align marketing with business goals in collaboration with other teams.
Job Requirements:
- Min diploma in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B / Hospitality industry.
- Experience with loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
