Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders via designated software/systems.
- Data maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting orders, modifications, and cancellations properly.
- Customer Service: Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing concerns or questions about orders, delivery, or products.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Problem Solving: Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations to achieve positive outcomes, continuously improving customer service procedures, and providing feedback to management for product or service enhancements.
Requirements
Non-experience candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Business proficiency in Korean language is necessary to liaise with Korean-speaking customers.
- Proficient in Ms Office applications
- Candidates with proficiency in order processing software or systems will have an added advantage (specifically, SAP).
