Location: West of Singapore
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays staggered office hours
Job Descriptions:
- Support the Staff Nurse in executing nursing interventions as delineated in the care plan and conduct nursing procedures in accordance with the client's care requirements.
- Undertake nursing assessments for both new and existing clients, ensuring regular review of assessments.
- Coordinate with fellow team members, providing updates on changes in client condition and needs. Prepare clinical documentation, monitor service outcomes, and escalate cases requiring more acute client management as necessary.
- Aid the Staff Nurse in delivering continuous support and education to caregivers, clients, and families.
- Assist the Staff Nurse in supervising Nursing aides and Healthcare assistants during nursing care tasks.
- Facilitate activities aimed at enhancing the quality of client care and promoting care integration.
- Familiarize oneself with all emergency procedures.
- Support the Staff Nurse in conducting clinical audits and providing feedback to management.
- Establish effective communication with other departments and services, including clinics and hospital wards.
- Assist the Staff Nurse in inventory management and control.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities and duties as required.
Requirement:
- Registered Enrolled Nurse with SNB
- Nitec in nursing
- Good knowledge of the health care environment and service processes
- Experience in community care provision is an added advantage.
