Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and articulate the strategic direction for Sierra's digital products, aligning with the company’s mission to deliver high-performance, reliable, and user-friendly software solutions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective coordination with key departments, including design, engineering, and marketing.
- Feature Prioritization and Roadmap: Take ultimate responsibility for product feature prioritization, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, user feedback, and technical considerations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain processes for regular engagement with users and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet evolving market demands.
- User Experience Excellence: Partner closely with the lead product designer to ensure that our product offerings deliver an unparalleled user experience.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the product team, including overseeing product management and design personnel.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor key product metrics to gauge success and inform strategic product enhancement decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior product management role, preferably within a software development company.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and user experience design.
