Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Monitoring and maintaining collaborative tools
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience in troubleshooting operating system problems is a MUST.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 administration is an advantage.
- Knowledge in other IT infrastructure components, for example, server, Windows Server, Virtualisation, network, middleware, etc is an advantage.
- Good communication in English
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
