Job Description:
- The Administration Executive hired shall be able to operate the computerised facilities management system and ensure that the following existing data is up to date.
- The Administration Executive shall be responsible for the following:
- Existing data, such as Facilities Table, etc.,
- Compile as-built drawings, warranties and the like, to ensure that the School Asset records are comprehensive and up to-date, and
- Update Risk Management Plan annually and as and when required
- The Administrative Executive shall be able to achieve the following:
- Review and verify the completeness of existing data, such as Facilities Table, etc.,
- Compile as-built drawings and identify all buildings in each School that had not been digitized into CAD/ BIM to the attention of the customer
- Compile warranties and to alert the FM staff and the customer of any warranties
Job Requirements:
- The Administrative Executive shall have at least 3 years of administrative experience and a Nitec certificate in a relevant field.
