Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
- Process all inbound escalations from the Sales Team
- Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
- Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
- Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to invoicing such as credit block.
- Special Price Request support
- ITQ/Tender Documents and ensure timely submission and documentations
- Supply center store stock and maintenance management.
- Demo logistics arrangement.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.
- 2 years of related customer service experience with order entry systems and processes experiences required
