Working hours: Mon-Sun (5.5 - 6 days work week) 12pm - 12am (3 hours lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing the menu together with the owner, ensuring it reflects authentic Korean cuisine while also meeting customer preferences and market trends.
- Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of kitchen staff in coordination with the owner
- Manage the overall dining room operations
- Responsible for ordering food and drink supplies on a daily basis, as well as managing inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with butchers for meat procurement, conducting regular quantity control checks to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Candidate must have Deep understanding of Korean culture and cuisine, including knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Candidate must have Experience working with butchers for meat procurement and management.
- Candidate must be open to 6 days work week 12pm - 12am.
