As a Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis, the role reports to the Head of Financial Planning and
Analysis. Your job scope covers financial business partnering for either the COO of Growth or Core Markets
plus country heads.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Prepare the monthly country P/L and financial performance reports
- Develop and prepare the monthly country-level forecast.
- Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
- Prepare the monthly forecast updates for individually managed gyms in these markets
- Develop new performance reports to support both the FP+A team and commercial teams
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from the commercial team.
- Support the commercial team in the achievement of earnings and cash flow targets
- Develop gym financial models for country markets
- Planned and tracked the country-level marketing fund income and marketing expenditures.
- Prepare the annual budget and reforecast on head-office expenses and manage/control the expenses spending per plan
