- To close account for taxi drivers who resign
- To clear cashless email
- To process cashless payment to taxi drivers
- To answer phone queries from taxi drivers
- To create payment batches to deduct or refund taxi drivers
- Any other adhoc duties and tasks as assigned
Job requirement
- GCE ‘N’ level
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Able to speak dialect
