Aesthetic Customer Service Executive, Up $3,500 ( 5 Days Week, Rotation, can commit Sat, Sun ) #HMY

Job Scope:

· Perform frontline customer service support.

· Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic’s protocol.

· Securing appointments and scheduling of aesthetic appointments in the calendar.

· Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking.

· Maintain cleanliness of front counter.

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager.

Requirements:

· Minimum three years’ experience in frontline customer service support positions.

· 5 working days (including weekends and PH) with retail hours

· Location: Orchard Road
