Job Scope:
- Maintain and support company hardware and software licenses, including servers and network equipment.
- Handle equipment that is ending its lease.
- Coordinate with auditors on IT-related matters.
- Troubleshoot and fix network issues (switches, routers, firewalls) and resolve server and in-house system problems quickly.
- Monitor and address computer viruses and keep systems updated with security patches.
- Perform routine tasks for LAN/WAN, hardware, and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment
- Providing level 1 support for infrastructure problems.
- Ensure IT systems and operations follow company policies and safety standards.
Job Requirement:
- Certificate / Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or higher qualification.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in IT field
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows / Netsuite
- Singaporean Only
