Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support and services to our users. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues encountered while using the platform.
- Communicate with users via phone, email, and online chat to address technical inquiries.
- Record and track user-reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
- Review logs and database records to analyze and diagnose user issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as development and product teams) to escalate and follow up on technical issues reported by users.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance to ensure system stability and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Good knowledge of networking and security, understanding common network protocols and security measures.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, capable of effective communication with users and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, essential for effective communication with shareholders
