Area of Responsibility:
The key object is to lead and manage the company (FBCAP) consolidated and standalone business performance including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and result analysis.
Business strategy and portfolio management for FBCAP.
This position will closely work with Konica Minolta HQ, FBCAP Management, FBCAP group country Management to make business plan and maintain budget.
Cross functional communication with different departments, country teams and Global HQ is crucial.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and Manage Original Plan (Budget) and Mid-Term Plan
- Prepare and Manage Yearly / Monthly Revenue and GP forecast
- Monthly Business Analysis Result vs Original Plan
- Prepare necessary internal/external reports (Weekly Report, Monthly Report, etc)
- Manage company's Selling and Purchasing prices at all times
- Prepare and Manage launches of new product/services from other regions (JP, EU)
- Manage the FBCAP product portfolio according to the business strategy
- Any other duties as deemed fit by management.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years’ experience in business planning or management in operating company
- Business level English and Japanese Skill
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good at figures with strong analytical skills
- Cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skill, and full of vitality
