Essential Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Daily Management processes for Component Repair New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Track NPI status and monitor key milestones as part of site and HQ operating rhythms.
- Participate in Lean activities and the continuous improvement of NPI process.
- Coordinate scheduling of NPI activities with Shop Operations team to ensure timely completion in line with NPI plan.
- Communicate NPI readiness to external sites and functions, and coordinate the input of material to the shop for newly completed NPIs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma from an accredited university
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
