Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Identify and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs to boost retention and lifetime value.
- Create personalized marketing campaigns based on customer data.
- Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Enhance brand visibility and attract new customers via digital channels.
- Map and improve the customer journey for better satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
- Measure and report marketing campaign effectiveness using data analytics.
- Leverage emerging technologies and best practices for innovation.
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives by working with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, and present growth strategies to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Min diploma in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B / Hospitality industry.
- Experience with loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
