As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Single point of contact for project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
- Manages architects, engineers, project controls vendors and contractors.
- Provides technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on all sites which include supports the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews.
- Principal data centre delivery team contact for supply planning and associated issues.
- Leads the process for securing funding and obtaining approvals through stage gate process and driving continuous improvement initiatives in region.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Experience in the construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of data center design/construction.
- Experience in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Achieved or working towards Chartered / Professional status within a recognised professional institution.
- MSc in Engineering, Construction Management or related commercial or technical field.
- Recognised formal project management and program management qualifications.
- Professional qualifications in cost, risk and contract management.
- Achieved or working towards formal leadership and management certification within a recognised professional body.
- Having completed atleast 1 greenfield datat center project in APAC.
