Position: Receptionist
Location: Woodlands
Duration: 4 Months
Salary: Up to $2610
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and defect-free office by conducting daily walkthroughs and addressing areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Centre Manager to implement best practices and process improvements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for all members and visitors.
Welcome and farewell members and visitors warmly.
Handle walk-ins and office queries efficiently.
Manage member and office mail and packages.
Conduct office tours and upsell space to prospective members.
Ensure professional and timely follow-up on all communications.
Refer members to the Sales team based on their needs.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably in co-working.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate, and work independently.
