- Responsible for the daily project operations of the company;
- Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;
- Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities;
- Allocation of Manpower to be deployed under respective projects;
- Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions;
- Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken;
- Identify and provide training for Supervisors and operations team;
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel;
PROJECT

- Identify and provide training for Supervisors and operations team;
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and operations personnel;
STANDARD
- Ensure compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design, Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements) and Safe Management Measures;
- Involvement as an internal auditor for annual ISO audit;
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;
DOCUMENTATION
- Prepare, submission and filing of Project-related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;
- Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
- Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
OTHERS

REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Professional Certificates from a recognized institution;
- At least 2 years (in aggregate) of practical experience in a similar position;
- Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel, 2D & 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, will be of advantage;
- Good communications skills;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Able to work in a Fast Pace environment;
- Possess a positive attitude and commitment to work;
- Valid Singapore Class 2 or 3 driving license will be of advantage.
