- Responsible for rolling out and supporting the implementation of the HSEQ&S programs in Singapore.
- Establish and manage the HSE&S-related compliance processes to ensure the business activities comply with local HSE&S-related laws in Singapore and corporate requirements.
- Maintain the safety and efficiency of Singapore's utilities, infrastructure, and facilities.
- Ensure the process, trade, and storage of Explosive Precursor (EP), Hazardous Substances (HS) and Petroleum & Flammable Materials comply with international and Singapore rules and regulations.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Degree in Chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or relevant science/ engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years working experience as Plant/Site/ Facility/Maintenance/HSEQ&S.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Singapore HSE&S-related regulations, licensing control requirements for explosive precursor, hazardous chemicals, ISO standards, HSEQ&S management system, audit processes, and incident reporting requirements are a must.
- HSEQS experiences in multi-national enterprises are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially the management team and external parties such as local regulatory bodies, authorities, and service providers.
- Must be a very independent, highly motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented personnel.
- Have good communication and reporting skills and resilience.
- Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
