Duration: 1year
Location: Sci Park
Mon to Fri – 830am to 530pm
Responsibilities:
-Act as a liaison between sales/customers and all relevant internal teams.
-Process all inbound escalations from the BID Sales Team via email and/or phone calls.
-Effectively communicate resolutions directly to end-customers.
-Support the sales team with quotes and order resolution.
-Coordinate with customer service and accounting teams to resolve any invoicing issues, such as credit blocks.
-Regularly and proactively work with the sales team to gather updates on marketplace developments, including competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins, or potential misses, and report these in monthly sales meetings.
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, sense of urgency, and decision-making skills.
-Provide support for special price requests.
-Handle ITQ/Tender documents and ensure timely submission and documentation.
-Manage supply center store stock and maintenance.
-Arrange demo logistics.
Requirement
-Min. Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.
-Min 2 to 4 years of sales support / Order Fulfilment exp
-Order entry/inquiry experience required
