Front desk receptionist-cashier for Feng Shui Company
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT CC11 (Exit A)
Working hours: 10 AM - 8 PM (6 days work week)
Chinese communication environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front desk reception and using EPOS system for cashier duties.
- Provide customer services.
- Check daily/monthly appointment records and assist customers without appointments to register. - Provide phone customer service, and answer/forward calls to the corresponding departments.
- Assist arranging meeting rooms.
- Responsible for managing the front desk area.
- Responsible for organizing daily and monthly sales reports.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

- 负责前台接待，使用EPOS收银。
- 为客户提供咨询服务。
- 检查每日/每月预约表记录，协助没有预约的客户登记。
- 提供电话客户服务，接听/转接来电给对应部门。
- 协助各部门安排会议室。
- 负责前台区域的环境管理。
- 负责整理每日营业报告/每月营业报告。
