RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Perform daily inventory checks, managing stock levels of food, utensils, and cutleries.
2) Oversee and manage the outlet's daily operations to ensure smooth operation and maintain quality service standards.
3) Handle all food and beverage items during preparation and conduct food and beverage hygiene audits.
4) Conduct orientation, induction training, and on-the-job training for new employees.
5) Conduct staff performance assessments.
6) Monitor income and expenses, providing information for management decision-making.
7) Provide quality control for service, ensuring quality and consistency to enhance customer satisfaction and respond proactively to prevent complaints.
8) Understand the processes of opening and closing tables, preparing bills for cash and credit payments, moving and splitting tables, and managing back-of-house matters.
9) Monitor and report on sales, quality, and service performance of the outlet.
10) Assist in the weekly scheduling of employees according to labor guidelines and fluctuations in sales.
11) Verify and submit employee attendance on time.
12) Monitor budgets, labor costs, expenses, and financial transactions, including cash handling and banking.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and make decisions efficiently.
- Strong leadership, management, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and business acumen.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
