1. Review cusotmer's order from initial inquiry to order receipt, products/service delivery and internal coordination
2. Preparation of documents like PO, issue DO and invoices, and shipping documents
3. Monitoring the progress of order undertaken to ensure timely completion. Close follow up and building good business relationship with cutomers.
4. Provide the sales admistrative support, ensure reponse timeliness to the cusotmer's enquiries.
5. Generate the SOA monthly, follow up with customer's finacial department for the payment
