The 3 Michelin Star restaurant debut back in 1994 as Singapore’s first independent fine dining restaurant.
Work Location: Orchard (Near MRT)
Work Week: 5 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cooking and plating for dishes
- Prepare ingredients and utilise various cooking techniques
- Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards
- Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes
- Accommodate special dietary requirements requested by customers
- Handle any issue that arise within the station ie equipment malfunction or ingredient shortage
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food ingredients and cooking method of food
- Passion for F&B industry
- With prior experience in F&B especially in French cuisine would be highly advantageous
