The 3 Michelin Star restaurant debut back in 1994 as Singapore’s first independent fine dining restaurant.


Work Location: Orchard (Near MRT)


Work Week: 5 days


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cooking and plating for dishes
  • Prepare ingredients and utilise various cooking techniques
  • Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards
  • Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes
  • Accommodate special dietary requirements requested by customers
  • Handle any issue that arise within the station ie equipment malfunction or ingredient shortage
  • Other ad-hoc duties


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of food ingredients and cooking method of food
  • Passion for F&B industry
  • With prior experience in F&B especially in French cuisine would be highly advantageous
