Job Scope:
- Analyze the marketplace including competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies
- Formulate marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging
- Execute advertising and promotional activities such as product launches, training, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on product features, benefits, and pricing
- Oversee marketing, sales, and product profit and loss management to drive profitability
- Engage with business partners to meet sales objectives
- Manage sales, inventory, and purchasing processes
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Marketing/Business, with 1-2 years experience in Sales & Marketing in consumer products
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage
- Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good business acumen and able to conceptualise marketing directions
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
- Able to travel occasionally in SG and overseas
