Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day administration including office management and travel arrangements
· Maintain proper filing of documents for internal and external documents required by the office
· Perform HR and Accounting admin duties which includes bookkeeping and liaising with corporate secretary and accounting company
· Plan and organize celebrations and events, including hosting the visitors from Japan office
· Assist and support Managers on our HR events
· Update of company's website information, press releases and social media platforms as and when required
· Other administrative and support assignment/duties as and when required
Requirements:
· Min. Professional Diploma and above with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
· Highly motivated and proactive
· Good communication, interpersonal skills and resourceful
· Must be independent and able to multi-task
· Great attention to detail and team player
· Japanese would be preferred as you need to communicate Japanese stakeholders
