Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all walk-in customers
- Upkeep and maintain the showroom
- Preparing Quotation for sales team, Order processing and coordination like arranging delivery
- Supporting the outdoor team in the paperwork
- Handle all Lazada/Shopee orders
- Follow up with the clients for any outstanding payments
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Possess minimum 1-2 years administrative support experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Good Team Player and inter-personal skill
