Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting in the company including AP, AR and inventory management.
- Assist with collections, processing invoice, credit note, incoming payments and credit management
- Handling inventory duties such as stock adjustment and annual stock take documentation.
- Preparation & submission of Quarterly GST Returns.
- Assist with tax issues, including withholding tax & MES.
- Preparation of month-end and year-end closing reporting to Finance Manager.
- To review and process staff claim procedures.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in accountancy
- Min 3 years’ experience with knowledge in AP, AR, inventory, and accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of IFRS & Proficient in SAP
