Position: Quantity Surveyor cum Project Coordinator
- 5.5 Days - (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm)
- (Saturday in office when necessary, otherwise will be WFH)
- Location : Office in UBI ( Required work on site )
- Salary $2500 to $3500
Requirements:
- Possess an Electrical Engineering course or related fields.
- Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry
Job Description
- Negotiate and prepare bids for tenders and contracts.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Manage project costing from early design plans to project completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, conveying project updates to stakeholders.
- Document and track actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.
- Formulate, maintain, and oversee project plans and schedules.
- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.
- Collaborate with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to manage all M&E-related aspects.
- Source required materials and vendors, handle interim progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor claims, and liaise with consultants and customers.
