- Develop and drive the data strategy, including LOIs, data competency, and maintaining strong links with Internal Office
- Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive data governance and management framework that complies with WOG requirements
- Implement Lines of Inquiries
- Support data management and exploitation
- Develop MLOps and instil best practices

Data Governance and Standards Development
- Creation and maintenance of a comprehensive metadata catalogue in the Data Lake.
- Develop and implement data standards across data sources to facilitate data collaboration and analysis.
- Assist in the development and communication of data governance policies to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our organizational values of integrity and accountability.
Data Quality and Harmonization
- Assist in the harmonization of data fields across all systems, ensuring high-quality data that meets business and analytic needs.
- Contribute to the management of data sharing arrangements, ensuring compliance with internal standards and policies, reflecting our commitment to data privacy and security.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of data analytics events and engagement sessions, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to facilitate understanding and adherence to data management practices, enhancing the collaborative efforts towards achieving organizational goals.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a similar role within a data-centric organization.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data management frameworks and processes.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
