Job Description:
- Handle departmental purchases, payments, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Develop and enter the Corporate Strategy budget into the system.
- Monitor and report monthly expenses for the Corporate Strategy team, ensuring they stay within the budget.
- Coordinate and support tasks related to HQ Entrustment fees.
- Oversee budgets for Corporate Strategy and Government & External Relations (GER) throughout the year.
- Address financial issues, including expense discrepancies and accounting matters.
- Prepare and manage reports related to HQ entrustments, coordinating with countries on their reports.
- Manage monthly purchases/payments and assist with quarterly account closings.
- Support budget data preparation for budget meetings.
- Handle agreements, payments, and submissions with Business Units and Regional Offices.
- Coordinate logistics for monthly EMCM meetings.
- Prepare and consolidate agendas and materials.
- Resolve urgent issues related to EMCM.
- Assist with organizing meetings and logistics.
- Manage fixed assets and conduct regular audits.
- Arrange business travel and manage logistics.
- Handle arrangements for incoming and outgoing staff.
- Maintain the Hitachi Group Company contact list.
- Assist with inquiries from group companies and regional offices.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong coordination and administration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in a multinational or large corporate environment is a plus.
