· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Report to Director and support all sales, project and administrative activities
Job Description:
· Data entry and documents recording into accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Follow up on billing and payment including generate Invoice, Purchase Order and Delivery Order
· To handle and manage QuickBooks accounting software
· Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties/projects and tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Well-organized, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task.
· Good follow-up skill with sense of personal accountability and urgency.
· Self-motivated, independent and team player
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
