Job Description
· Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
· Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
· Covering duties of other OSOs in their absence
· Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
· Arming and disarming of school
· Ad-hoc support when required
· Any other duties assigned by school leaders / Operations Manager(s);
· Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for visitors.
Requirements
· Preferably completed primary school education
· Prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1 (one) hr lunch break
· Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 (one) hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 September 2024 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
