Job Description:
- Lead project planning and implementation
- Defines the scope of the project, its objectives and delivery
- Arrange and coordinate with project staff
- Make a budget plan, manage the budget and allocate project resources
- Project planning and scheduling
- Provide direction and support for the project team
- Monitor and report project progress to all parties concerned
- Make a report that contains the progress of the project, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and intervene to achieve project results
- Conduct project evaluation and appraisal
- Determine the sub count that corresponds to the project.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
