About the job:
- Enhance Implementation Standard Operating Procedures (ISOP) and supervise their careful implementation by putting your extensive knowledge of Customer Standard Operating Procedures (CSOP) to use.
- Produce and distribute thorough reservation notifications to pertinent parties and vendors using the template or format that has been specified.
- Exhibit expertise in precisely recording every operational task using the Transport Management System.
- Before confirming bookings, work with suppliers and vendors to determine conditions and prices.
- In order to guarantee effective last-mile delivery to ships, closely coordinate with agents.
- Encourage proactive channels of communication with clients and other external and internal stakeholders in order to understand and meet complex business needs.
- Perform precisely as allocated, interacting with internal and external control parties to meet and surpass customer expectations.
- Display flexibility by occasionally participating in onsite work or working at client premises based on project demands.
Requirements:
- Three years minimum of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or similar sectors in the maritime industry.
- Hold a minimum of an O Levels diploma.
- Excellent multitasking and organising abilities are necessary for handling concurrent interactions with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that allow for productive cooperation with a variety of parties.
- A meticulous mentality that is uncompromising in its focus on precision in both documentation and execution.
- Familiarity with booking procedures and transportation management systems.
