Location: TBC
Working Hours: 5.5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Interview and recruitment of new staff
- Train, orientate and monitor new staff
- Assist management in sales building and maintain strict cost control
- Cash management
- Set service standards for the restaurant
- General maintenance, upkeep and others
- Prepare weekly work schedules for all service staffs, including part-timer
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years' experience as Restaurant Manager in Chinese Restaurant
