Required Skills
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot RHEL systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot container technologies (OpenShift)
- Keep OS, databases, and software updates current across all servers.
- Maintain operational & configuration document up to date.
- Perform periodic performance reporting.
- Perform disaster recovery operations when required.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
- Review security vulnerability report and remediate.
- Support and administer system in line with IT security policy.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products and configuring services running on various platforms.
- Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
- Perform L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate troubleshooting.
- Participate and contribute to team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
