Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in genomics and NGS services, with a proven track record of sales success and strong network and insight in Singapore market. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.

· Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's NGS services and products. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.

· Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.

· Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

· Collaboration: Work closely with customer support, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the genomics or NGS services industry.

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of NGS technologies, applications, and market trends.

· Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value.

· Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry conferences and events.

· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.
