Job Description
Counter Duties
· Handling telephone calls and enquiries from public, parents, students and staff.
· Attend to day-to-day needs of students.
· Maintaining and updating of student’s early leave college records
Adhoc Duties
· Provide ad-hoc printing needs for teachers on designated afternoons.
· Assist in following up with teachers in-charge on delivery requirements,
· General cleaning of the GO counter and reception area
· Maintain records of in-coming mails and arrange for distribution
· Assist in collation of School Bills for distribution to students
General Admin
· Maintain and updating students’ data records, e.g. A level certificates and testimonials, etc.
· Perform admin task e.g. filing, photocopy.
· Assist in contacting TICs on submission of supporting documents and endorsement for payment.
· Assist in updating of Staff Leave records (MC & Overseas Leave)
Other Duties
· Compile data/statistics & survey as and when required.
· Any other duties as assigned by Principal, VPs, AMs
Requirements
· Qualification: GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
· Proficient in the following software applications - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Three (3) years of relevant experience in administration and counter service preferably in school environment
· Proficient in English (Oral and Written)

Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
· Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:
· Contract Period: From 2 September 2024 to 31 August 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
