CMS aims to provide One-stop Robot Construction Implementation Plan to the industry.

As the company is constantly growing, we are seeking for a talented Sales Manager to join the team.


Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal Sales Manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We are seeking for a qualified Sales Manager to increase product and service sales for the organisations across different industries by researching, planning, developing and implementing various promotional strategies.

A Sales Manager main role includes building and leading a team of salesperson to help drive revenue. Sales Manager must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs. The most successful candidates develop a thorough understanding of the products and services they sell, are masters at relationship building, and are able to win clients, customers, and profits.

  • Responsible for the business development and the exploration of sales for company products and services
  • Plan, execute and oversee all sales and marketing/promotional activities/strategies effectively
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of Sales Representatives
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Familiar with the company’s internal departments coordination and the liaising of the operational procedures to client / project
  • Coordinate with Managing Director for the development of quotation
  • To follow up with the client / project on the product and services provided to ensure all feedbacks or requirements are duly communicated and handled


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • At least 3-4 years of industry sales experience
  • Familiar or working experiences related to construction industry and its operations
  • Required skills: interpersonal and networking, presentation, sales, customer service, communication and analytical skills
  • Basic technical knowledge in construction digitalization system
