Job Responsibilties
Establish governance framework for strategic projects such as partnership, joint venture, merger & acquisition, which includes:
- Develop a mechanism on strategic assessment on a potential target.
- Develop a valuation tool/model to assess potential value of the business.
- Design corporate proposals and/ or funding and capital raising proposals
- Gather market intelligence and establish good connection with financial institutions and other sources to fulfill KION South Asia’s investment needs.
- Establish reporting and tracking mechanism for successful projects, including change management and post M&A
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a background in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy and restructuring
- Hands-on experience in "Buy-side" and "Sell-side" M&A transactions
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Reliable and meticulous in work approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work at Loyang Way area
- Contract for 6 months (might be extended up to 12 month)
